Rebel Squadrons High Command

The Rebel Squadrons High Command is the highest authority in the club.
Any and all decisions made by HC with a majority vote are final, unless overturned at a later date by HC.
HC is charged with the task of representing the membership of the club, electing the RSFC, managing the RS Bylaws and keeping them up-to-date, and solving any disputes which cannot be solved at any other level.
Any RS member can contact HC with any comments, suggestions, and complaints which have not been appropriately handled by the Chain of Command or the Minister of Justice.
