Join Roster | Beginner's Path | FAQ

How does a new member sign up?

A new recruit fills out the join form and is added to the non- verified roster. The recruit is sent an email with a link to click to verify his email address. Once the link is clicked, they are added to the roster, moved to the verified list, and notifications are sent out.

What are the pages I should know about?

What is automated and what is not?

Adding cadets to the roster is automated. Basically the only thing you have to do is add the new pilot to your UG roster for training. This must be done manually, either by Fleet CS or by the UG CS.

Is there anything else I need to do?

After you add a cadet to your roster, you should visit the join roster linked above and delete that game for that member. Instructions on how to do so are at the top of the roster page.

What of the TO/Academy systems?

The TO's join test has been abolished by unanimous vote from the High Command. The Academy UG system remains, but no cadets will be added to it anymore. Finish up what pilots you have in there, and once it is cleared out, it will be put out of commission.

How will I keep track of requirements for my cadets?

You can add requirements for graduation from a fleet's undergraduate unit using the requirements management page linked above. Once you have added the requirements, you can add cadets to track using them. Tracking is accomplished through the checklist, also linked above.
