Refugee of subjucated Ralltiir, and son of a leading spokes person of the planet against the Empire. Escaped to Pantolomin as a small child with his mother with the aid of the Rebellion. During teenaged years became an aprentice to a ship mechanic. Later, he joined up with a smuggler for many years until a crash which killed his partner. After discovering his mother was found and executed by the Empire, he joined the Alliance in his twenties as an X-wing pilot and then later joined Aurora Force to utilise skills he learnt while searching for his mother. He never found out what happened to his father....
Until years later, Anax caught word of the discovery of a hidden Imperial prison on Ralltiir where political prisoners were once kept. There he found the dusty remains of his father. And so he left the RS to return to Ralltiir for he was the last of the Kaanens.
