The Office of External Affairs is the primary source of diplomatic contact in the Rebel Squadrons. The Rebel Squadrons Minister of External Affairs (MoEA), under the direction of the Fleet Commander, is responsible for acting as the chief liaison with RS relations between other clubs and organizations. The MoEA is granted the power to act as this liaison according to the Foreign Policy and Alliance Policy set forth by Rebel Squadrons High Command. The MoEA may begin negotiations for alliances or absorptions into the Rebel Squadrons. Also, the Office of External Affairs is charged with recruitment and advertisement initiatives to strengthen our numbers and to better the reputation of the Rebel Squadrons.
