Reason for nomination: Lieutenant Commander Jelf Bloom: For his outstanding contributions to Red Dragon Squadrons, by completing every ITOD (5 per session - no mean feat.) between Session 2 and 6.

I believe that Lt Cmdr Bloom deserves this medal as he has flown countless sorties often quietly and tirelessly under the radar, to the betterment of the Red Dragons Squadron, and his continued mission completions have in turn improved the RS's positions in times of war on all fronts.
