After the the planet appeared as a uniformly brown, mostly dead world with occasional blue lakes and a green region known as the clean land.
The major city Nystao and many smaller village cluster were located in the clean land that Darth Vader had found the Noghri. Darth vader also provided them medicine, tools, food, and Deocntamination drois to clean the land.
The noghri bowed before the sith lord becoming his servants decieved by the Empires supposed cleaning of their land which was proceeding at such a slow rate as to make the noghri dependent on the Empire until Leia revealed what the Empire had been doing and freed them from their servitude moving them ten years later as hope to save the dieing world vanished, to the world of Wayland.

blue-green world with a single dark moon, which gives the system
its Alliance codename of Blackmoon. The only inhabited world
in the system, Borleias lacks most valuable natural resources
and passes through a dense meteor shower once each year. The
density of Borleias' sector of space means that there are only
a limited number of hyperspace routes to and from the world,
but it still sits at a favorable hyperspace crossroads. The
planet's barren moon has a thin atmosphere and is covered with
silent craters, frozen lava tubes, and canyons of black volcanic
rock. A large facility resides in one of the crates, along ago

Bimmisaari (Dark Jedi Brotherhood)The temperate world of Bimmisaari is covered by swaying trees called asaari trees that move even when no wind blows.
The inhabitants of Bimmisaari are Bimms, diminutive people who love storytelling and trade. They were nominal members of the Old Republic who have escaped the horrors of the Empire because of its great distance from the Core.
Bimms are governed by a planetary council, which meets in a deliberations chamber known as the Tower of Law. The Tower joins with a larger tower which serves as a marketplace. The planet boasts a number of impressive open air marketplaces.

Dagobah (Star Vipers)A distant, mist-shrouded swamp planet, Dagobah does not appear in any modern starcharts. It is a forgotten world, and it was the home of the last remaining Jedi Master and Council member from the waning days of the Republic.

Eriadu (Star Vipers)Eriadu, in the Seswenna sector, is one of the Outer Rim's most active trading ports and a longtime seat of government power.

Borleias (Star Vipers)The fourth planet in the Pyria system, Borleias is a steamy,
blue-green world with a single dark moon, which gives the system
its Alliance codename of Blackmoon. The only inhabited world
in the system, Borleias lacks most valuable natural resources
and passes through a dense meteor shower once each year. The
density of Borleias' sector of space means that there are only
a limited number of hyperspace routes to and from the world,
but it still sits at a favorable hyperspace crossroads. The
planet's barren moon has a thin atmosphere and is covered with
silent craters, frozen lava tubes, and canyons of black volcanic
rock. A large facility resides in one of the crates, along ago
abandond by the Alderaan.

Tatooine (New Republic Fifth Fleet)Tatooine rests in the distant Outer Rim, beyond the reaches of Republic and Imperial law. Even the Trade Federation lacked a presence on the desert planet. Poor, with very little industry to boast, Tatooine is a mixture of hard-working locals attempting to extract a living from the unforgiving environment and transients visiting the world for illegal ventures. Tatooine is controlled by the Hutts, and their shady operations bring many spacers, bounty hunters, thieves and other malcontents to the planet's few port cities.

In retaliation, the Mon Calamari became one of the key species of the Rebellion, supplying badly needed warships to the outnumbered Alliance fleet.

Carida (United Pilots Alliance)A large world with a greater than standard gravity and varying climate, Carida was staunchly loyal to the Empire, although it managed to pursuade the New Republic that is was undecided on the matter. Many of the original settlers left the planet because of the strong gravitational force. Some 200 years before the Galactic Civil War, the Old Republic established a military academy aimed at training recruits for localised defense forces. A small community grew up near the site, which grew into a full-fledged town. The town grew to encompass an entire planetary economy which saw its heyday under the control of Furgan.

Hoth (Star Vipers)Hoth is the sixth planet in the remote system of the same name. It is a world of snow and ice, surrounded by numerous moons. Small meteorites that have wandered away from a nearby asteroid field constantly pelt Hoth's icy surface. This icy world has developed a number of indigenous lifeforms, including the wampa ice creature, and the tauntaun. The daytime temperatures of Hoth were bearable for properly dressed humans, but the Hoth nights are too hostile even for the native creatures.

Sullust (Star Vipers)Located in the Sullust System, Sullust is the home to the SoroSuub headquarters, which is one of the galaxies largest manufacturing conglomerates. The natives live in underground caves, as the planet has a very Toxic atmosphere.
